Spa Etiquette

We encourage guests to make reservations in advance whenever possible so your preferred service, appointment time, and service provider are available.

A credit card, deposit, or gift card number may be required to secure your reservation. All major credit cards are accepted.

Appointment times include time for consultation, preparation, and dressing as appropriate for the selected service.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

Spa services begin at the scheduled appointment time. A late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for your service. Out of consideration for the next guest, appointments cannot be extended beyond their scheduled ending time.

Please arrive in comfortable clothing and ready to relax. We recommend leaving jewelry and other valuables at home. Sufii Day Spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or unattended personal belongings.

To help maintain a peaceful spa environment, please silence mobile phones and other electronic devices during your visit.

We ask that only guests receiving services accompany you into the spa unless arrangements have been made in advance.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment price.

Spa parties and group events may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

Sufii Day Spa gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards or gift certificates should be presented at the time of service or payment. Valid identification may be required for redemption.

When a gift certificate is purchased for a specific spa package, the package is intended to be completed during one visit. If the package is not redeemed as purchased, it may instead be honored at its original face value.

Any unused balance remaining on an eligible gift card remains available for future use.

Sufii Day Spa gift cards and certificates may not be used toward Introductory Offers, retail products, promotional specials, or gratuity unless specifically stated otherwise.

Sufii Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards or gift certificates.

Gratuity vouchers are treated like cash and are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may be used only toward gratuity and/or eligible retail products.

Introductory Offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and are not valid with gift cards or gift certificates. SpaFinder, SpaWish, Spa Week, and similar third-party gift cards may not be used toward an Introductory Offer.

Gratuities are not included in the price of spa services. A gratuity of 20% is suggested when you would like to recognize your service provider.

All spa product and retail sales are final.
